Mindful top-up/taster mornings

Maintaining a regular meditation practice at home once the course is over can be a bit of a challenge for some of us. That's why we arrange our programme of 'Mindful Mornings.
These three-hour sessions of meditation and time to catch up with each other take place in Stroud, roughly once a month. The dates are published here on our website, but If you'd like to be added to our mailing list so we can let you know about them in advance, just use the contact form to send us a line.
You don't need to have done a course with us to be welcome; in fact you might like to come along for a taste of mindfulness practice to see if it' something you'd like to explore. We make a charge of £10.00 for these sessions.

Bells

How do you time your meditations at home?

Here's a link to a site where you can download some lovely bells which ring out at regular intervals .
