Like any skill mindfulness develops with practice over time. The effectiveness of our time together will depend on how much we practice between sessions. Students attending our courses are asked to commit themselves to about 30 - 40 minutes of home practice each day for the duration of the course, with the support of handouts and CDs provided. There will be plenty of time during our sessions to check in on progress and fine-tune your approach.
