Join us for a Mindful Morning
Our morning sessions  of lightly guided Mindfulness practice are open to anyone who has some experience of Mindfulness - or who would like a taste. They're a great way to take your practice deeper - or to reconnect if you've lost the thread. They're also a great way to catch up with fellow practitioners.
